Means placing the tissues in the upper part of a public toilet seat really make a difference?
Do toilet seats with this fabric actually have no effect or is only to give the idea that it is more hygienic? What does it feel? I prefer not to use a lid, but do not just dirt that was already there?
I find them useless. There is an episode Penn and Teller bullshit where we tried the butts of people and toilet seats for bacteria, and there is a small amount of bacteria in the ass. His hands and mouth are much more polluting. So, unless the last person who licked the toilet seat, we will not catch anything. Although the head is completely dry before going to sit on OK and you do not need. I usually go to the next step if someone gets left on the seat anyway. But I never use a cover.
