Can anyone give me information about life in Long Beach?
I moved to Long Beach Area this summer. What is the average income of a 3 +2 bed baths? What is the median price of a rooming house bathroom 2 3? Is it true that the housing market is very bad in both. California, and prices should fall by 30% within 2-3 years?
I realize that Paris does not make fun of my "half" of the province, as some do. As for Long Beach is concerned about the type of home you described will probably start in the $ 475,000 price range and more. Rents the very beginning of the $ 1,100.00 per month thereafter. The best places are to Bixby Knolls, Belmont Shores and Los Altos / CSULB districts. Nice areas west of Long Beach Boulevard, and east of Redondo Blvd / Lakewood. Consider also the city of Lakewood. If you have kids in Long Beach is one of the best school systems in the region. It also has one of the best transit systems in Southern Ca. Areas to avoid is a stretch Anaheim Street to Redondo point, and Atlantic / Orange Avenue to approximately PCH. In most general house south of PCH and west Redondo were built before World War 2 and not 3 bedrooms. Welcome to Long Beach, I love you.
